Q. Are there Check-In and Check-Out times?
 It is possible to check-in and check-out at any time.
The property will contact the guest directly 48 / 72h before the said arrival in order to agree on the time.

Q. Is the property in a good location? Is it well served in terms of transport?
La Casetta del Borgo is located at about 850m from the center of Pietrasanta. There is a bus stop at about 50m from the building, which allows you to  move freely anywhere you want (sea, other areas in Versilia, other cities, ...)

Q. Is there a parking lot nearby?
About 50m far from the house there is a large public parking lot that is totally free. It is located in a very quiet area of ​​the city, where you can stop for as long as you want. You can park in front of the structure ONLY for loading and unloading luggages.

Q. Does the structure have common areas (eg bathrooms, bedrooms, ...)?
The answer is no.
During your stay, the entire structure will be at your disposal. This does NOT have any common parts.

Q. Are there any rules to respect in order to stay?
There are only 3 basic rules:
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the structure (otherwise you'll get to pay a fine)
It is NOT possible to organize parties (in order to not to disturb the quiet neighborhood)
We rely on people's common sense
